PREPARATION

INTENTION CALL - Complimentary 20-minute consultation call to set the intention for your website and determine the scope of our web design co-creation. A website is a deeply creative process - it must reflect your calling and inspiration.

SCHEDULING - We will schedule a calendar month for your design when you know you will have some free time before and during that month to devote to our co-creation.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT - I will give you a contract detailing the scope of the project, the agreed upon schedule, and all the deliverables, as agreed in our intention call. You will place a 50% deposit.

INSPIRATION & GATHERING - In the lead up to your design month, you will fill out design worksheets and assemble inspiration boards, virtual altars to your offering. You will assemble all the copy and content before we start building.

During THe DESign

WEEKLY CHECK-INS - On our first design call, we’ll start with an invocation to remove any obstacles in creating together. Soulful communication is essential for your vision and inspiration to be expressed through the website. Throughout our process, you will have final autonomy over every element. And we will always come back to the joyful excitement of creation. And we will laugh, that’s always certain.

FEEDBACK - This is your vision and your website, so I want you to feel at ease expressing your needs and requests. I will take as much feedback and as many revisions as you’d like during the month. I am all yours during your design, so feel free to ask any questions about web design or the business of yoga & wellness as we go!

TUTORIAL - After the final edits, I will take you on a guided walk-through of the back end of your site and teach you easy ways to size photos for the web. This way, you will be empowered to make little updates and minor changes yourself. Remaining 50% balance payment is due prior to launch.

LAUNCH

MANIFESTATION & LAUNCH - Together we will honor the intentions for your site, transfer full ownership to you, and release your offering out into the online world! We’ll celebrate your site going live with a ringing of bells or even a toast of something sparkly.

FOLLOW-UP - I am available for a quick question here and there via email to support you in using and updating your site. For additional revisions to the site itself, I’m available at my hourly rate.
